Qualification Policy
Once you’ve submitted your order, we’ll authorize your card. Shortly after, you’ll receive a HIPAA-compliant medical intake form to complete. Once your eligibility is confirmed by bmiMD’s clinical team, we’ll process the authorized payment. If it turns out you’re not eligible for the program, we’ll release the authorization hold, and you won’t incur any charges.
Refund Policy
Once your medical intake form is reviewed and approved by our licensed practitioner, your prescription order will be sent to the pharmacy. If the pharmacy has processed your order, we cannot offer refunds. Because our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns. If you cancel your order after the intake form is approved but before the pharmacy processes it, a non-refundable $50 consultation fee will apply. Cancellation Policy – Prescription
Prescriptions completed and sent to the pharmacy by our practitioners are non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy – Subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account, except if you have already been charged for another month of the current program.
If you encounter any issues with your order, please reach out to our support team directly via email at orders@bmiMD.com. To ensure proper resolution, kindly notify us within 24 hours of receiving your medication.
