What constitutes Compounded Tirzepatide?

Compounded Tirzepatide refers to a personalized medication formulated within a state Board of Pharmacy or FDA-licensed compounding facility as per a prescription provided by a licensed healthcare professional. These compounded drugs are mandated to use solely ingredients from FDA-licensed sources and undergo rigorous testing for potency, sterility, and purity. While legally permitted, compounded drugs do not undergo FDA pre-market approval as they are not produced in large quantities for general distribution; rather, they are tailored to individual orders from medical practitioners. Consequently, the dosage, method of administration, and effectiveness may vary from commercially available brand-name medications.

bmiMD collaborates exclusively with licensed sterile compounding pharmacies throughout the United States.

I’ve lost 17lbs in 21 days with minimal calorie cut back! You have some nausea initially (they give you Zofran) but that rarely happens now.

This company is legit! They were fast with sending out my shipment of meds and hypo needles. I wish they provided the sharps container. So far I have lost 6lbs in 3 weeks. My appetite is definitely suppressed and I don't overeat like I used to. I was going to cancel my "membership" because it's a bit pricey but I am going to stay the course to reach my goal weight. You also can't put a price on your health! Thank you bmiMD!!

5Is this Real Medication?
Yes, all medications are made in a State Board of Pharmacy licensed sterile compounding pharmaices or FDA- Licensed 503(b) Outsourcing Facilities. We work with licensed pharmacies in the U.S using only the highest quality ingredients.
The medication you may be prescribed is a compounded medication and is not associated with the Novo Nordisk™ company or Eli Lilly and Company or the brand-name medications Saxenda®, Victoza®, Wegovy®, Ozempic®, Mounjaro® or Zepbound™.
6How does this compare to brand name drugs?

The FDA-approved brand name drugs, such as Saxenda®, Victoza®, Wegovy®, and Ozempic® are exclusively available from the Novo NordiskTM company. MounjaroTM and Zepbound™ is exclusively available from Eli Lilly and CompanyTM. bmiMD does not claim any affiliation with, or endorsement from, the above mentioned products or entities. We do not offer any of the above mentioned products, anyone seeking said products should discuss options with their licensed healthcare provider or pharmacist.

bmiMD exclusively offers compounded medications, which are made in State Board of Pharmacy licensed sterile compounding pharmacies, or FDA-licensed 503(b) Outsourcing Facilities. While these facilities are strictly regulated, the compounded medications they make are not FDA-approved, as they are compounded based on an individual provider's prescription for a specified patient. Strength, dose, route of administration, and other variables may make compounded medications different from FDA-approved drugs which makes directly comparing results & risk profile between FDA-approved drugs and compounded drugs difficult.

Any compounded drugs prescribed are based on a licensed provider's medical judgement based on a telehealth encounter and medical history.
